RigaInvest was created to give investors one point of coordination throughout that process. RigaInvest coordinates the process with licensed legal advisers, banks, technical specialists, and other professional service providers as required.
Initial Consultation
We discuss your objectives, nationality, country of residence, family requirements, source of funds, preferred investment size, and the available Latvian investment structures.
Preliminary KYC & Eligibility Review
You complete the initial KYC and AML questionnaire and provide source-of-funds information. RigaInvest and the relevant professional partners review whether the process can proceed.
Agreement & Legal Consultation
We provide the RigaInvest service agreement and arrange a consultation with qualified Latvian legal advisers. The investment structure, responsibilities, costs, and application requirements are reviewed before signing.
Investment & Shareholder Registration
After the relevant compliance and banking checks, you transfer the agreed investment to the Latvian company or SPV. The corporate documents are completed and you are registered as a shareholder.
Residence Permit Application
The invitation and application documents are prepared for submission through the appropriate Latvian representation or authority. The Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs reviews the application and makes the final decision.
Ongoing Investment Administration
RigaInvest coordinates the agreed reporting, corporate administration, and investment oversight. Property, technical, accounting, and other specialist services are arranged as required for the relevant project.
